We do not use client information for unrelated purposes. We do not disclose client information to unrelated third parties.
Protection of Travel Agency and Partner Information
TravelChinaService works with travel agencies, tour operators, DMC partners, wholesalers, corporate clients, and other business partners from different markets. We understand that each partner’s client base, pricing structure, itinerary design, market strategy, and business relationship must be protected.
All business information provided by our travel agents and partners is kept confidential.
This may include agency names, client sources, group details, inquiry records, quotations, contracts, agreed rates, payment terms, itinerary designs, supplier arrangements, special requests, and cooperation history.
We will not disclose a partner's business information to another company, supplier, competitor, or unrelated party.
Confidentiality of Contracts and Quotations
All contracts, quotations, proposals, itineraries, net rates, service agreements, and commercial terms between TravelChinaService and its travel agents or partners are treated as confidential business documents.
TravelChinaService will not share these documents with other companies, competing agencies, unrelated travel operators, or third parties without permission.
Quotations and contracts are provided only for the intended partner or client. They are not used for comparison, resale, or disclosure to other companies.
Exclusive and Protected Cooperation
When TravelChinaService works with a travel agency or partner on a specific inquiry, group, program, itinerary, or client project, we respect the business relationship behind that inquiry.
- We will not use the partner's inquiry details, client information, quotation content, or project documents to approach the partner’s client directly.
- We will not transfer the partner's inquiry or business opportunity to another company.
- We will not disclose one partner's prices, contracts, itinerary arrangements, or cooperation terms to another partner.
Our cooperation principle is simple: the partner’s client belongs to the partner, and the partner’s business information must be protected.
Limited Information Sharing for Service Arrangement
In order to operate travel services in China, some information may need to be shared with selected service providers. These may include hotels, transportation companies, guides, ticketing platforms, restaurants, domestic airlines, railway booking channels, venues, attractions, or local authorities when required.
Only the necessary information will be shared for service arrangement purposes.
For example, passport information may be required for train tickets, domestic flights, hotel registration, or real-name attraction tickets. Meal requirements may need to be shared with restaurants. Rooming lists may need to be shared with hotels. Permit-related information may need to be submitted to relevant authorities when required by local regulations.
We will limit such information sharing to what is necessary for confirmed service delivery.

Information received by TravelChinaService is used only for legitimate travel operation purposes.
These purposes may include preparing quotations, confirming bookings, arranging ground services, issuing tickets, coordinating hotels, communicating with guides and drivers, handling emergencies, processing payments, managing refunds, preparing travel documents, and providing after-service support.
