Anshun Bridge Welcome to Chengdu, the vibrant capital of Sichuan cuisine and teahouse culture. Upon arrival at the airport or train station, your local guide will greet you and transfer you to your hotel by private vehicle. The rest of the day is free for you to relax or begin exploring Chengdu at your own pace.
Nightlife idea: take a relaxing walk around the Jiuyanqiao area and enjoy the illuminated night views of Anshun Bridge.
Wenshu Temple This morning, visit the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, one of the world’s leading panda conservation centers. Walk through bamboo-lined paths and observe giant pandas of different ages eating, playing, and resting in their natural-style habitats. You may also see adorable panda cubs in the nursery area and learn more about panda conservation at the Panda Museum.
